Peter Radice has been involved with country properties since 1972 and became a fully qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1974. In 1987, he was elected a Fellow of the RICS (denoted by the letters FRICS), a senior category of RICS membership.
